Medical Fitness: By enrolling, parents confirm that the student is medically fit to participate in physical water activities.
Quality Commitment: At Sovereign, we prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on building long-term partnerships with families and schools.
Safety & Supervision: All swimmers must be supervised by a parent or guardian until the start of their scheduled lesson. Our coaches ensure technical excellence and safety from the moment the session begins.
Assessment: Swimmers are placed in levels (Starfish to Pre-Knight) based on a professional assessment.
Progression: Advancement through the levels is determined solely by our coaching team to ensure standards before shortcuts.
Kit Requirements: All students must wear the Sovereign Academy swim cap corresponding to their specific level to help maintain visible progress and structure.
Premium Venues: Sovereign operates out of elite school partners and private facilities; all students and parents must respect the specific rules and etiquette of the host venue.
Code of Conduct: We foster an environment of confidence and self-belief. Any behavior that disrupts the learning or safety of others may result in removal from the program.
Termly Enrolment
Commitment: Learn-to-Swim and Squad Pathway programs are typically billed on a termly basis to ensure consistency and guaranteed placement.
No-Refund Policy: Once a term has commenced, fees are non-refundable as coach-to-student ratios and lane space have been allocated for the duration of that term.
Make-up Lessons: In the event of a missed lesson due to illness, a medical certificate must be provided. We will endeavor to offer a make-up session, subject to availability, within the current term.
Squad Training: Given the performance-based nature of the Squad Pathway, missing sessions may impact a swimmer’s progression through the tiers (Knight to Sovereign Elite).
Facility Issues: If Sovereign must cancel a lesson due to venue maintenance, weather, or coach unavailability, a make-up session or credit toward the following term will be provided.
Public Holidays: Lessons falling on official UAE public holidays will be communicated in advance, and fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Renewal: To help us manage our seamless school–academy relationship, parents are requested to provide at least two weeks’ notice before the end of the current term if they do not intend to renew for the following period.
